Applewood Chiropractic Health Center Welcomes Dr. Steve Walker

Dr. Jackson and your Applewood staff are excited to introduce you to our newest addition, Dr. Steve Walker.

Dr. Steve was born in Taft, California in October of 1959. He moved to Golden in 1966 and became a "transplanted native." Dr. Steve received his BA-Physical Education from UNC, his MA-Education from DU, and his DC from Parker College of Chiropractic. He met his lovely wife, Dominique, at chiropractic school. They have been married 11 years and are the proud owners of the "most wonderful kitten in the world."

Dr. Steve started practicing in Arvada in 1998. His warm and caring nature immediately connects him to patients. He is developed in Thompson drop, Activator, and extremity adjusting techniques, with extensive neurology training and a focal interest in balance and dizziness disorders.
 
He also has extensive experience in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.  Dr. Steve spent 5 years as personal trainer at Sunset Beach Fitness Club prior to chiropractic college. He brings with him complimenting experience in core training.
